Respond to the spammer, telling him that you're interested in helping him. Then, when he tries to get you to send him money, explain to him that you are a minister doing missionary work, so money is a bit difficult for you to come by. Suggest (but don't directly say) that he might have to send you a little money as a sign of good faith so you can show your church leaders that you're not being scammed - if these church leaders see that "Dr. Razaq" is the "real deal", they'll be more than happy to send money. From there, come up with various church-related reasons for why you haven't sent the money that will get him to send you more money until such a time as you can "die" or be "replaced" by your church leaders.

Basically, you'll be scamming a scammer. I hope this works and you make some money out of the deal. Of course, I'd like a cut if this works...

tell him that you had a son was named "ramin razaq" and that you have lost contact with him years ago. bring up some painful family memory that split you apart, like you simply couldn't tollerate all of his gay man love, or "that night i found you with the livestock was just too much for your mother and i to bear"

but then sweeten the pot by saying you're desperate to re-form your relationship with him, and you're sorry for ill will between you.

to get him back into your life, you'd be more than happy to help him with the transaction -- even taking only 10% of the final pot, as long as he is willing to apologize for whatever heinous act you decided upon above (groteque man love, donkey fucking, drinking piss for dinner, etc)

then, we can see how far he's willing to degrade himself in the series of emails in order to get the money

This is vague enough to make sense to both the "you won the lottery!" and the "help me move money!" scammers. The attached file, of course, is the persistent virus (half of them get the PDF variant, the other half gets the ZIP).
