i definitely think the giants will beat the points spread, which i believe is currently at 12 (or at least it was as of thursday)
and i guess i'll be routing for them, as per underdog law.
the pats are still amongst football's greatest "evar" teams, but they just didn't seem as dominant as their season went on; colts game was close, giants game was close, eagle's game was close, etc. maybe this two week vacation helps a little with that, though -- not to mention hurting the giants current momentum.
the pats'll also have a great deal of pressure on them, being the overwhelming favorites and trying to remain perfect. if the giants can get to them early, maybe score on their first drive or, god forbid, find a way to sack brady, they could really play on that. i think their previous game a few weeks ago really helped the giants more than the pats.
imma take giants 28, pats 24. pats lose in their final drive, being unable to grab the TD.
