Look, if there are three things the major publishers have earned from the 90s comics industry experience, its that a. foil cover comics are a short term ploy to increase sales at the expense of the creative credibility of the industry b. killing off major characters doesn't attract long term readership c. superheroes should not have dildoes attached to their wrists.
