C'mon. You've all heard a cover of a song that makes you wish you could just forget that song ever existed. For me, it's a toss-up between Snoop Dog's "Sad but True" and Tori Anus... er. Amos... defiling the lyrics of "Smells Like Teen Spirit"

I'd have to go with Black Lab's cover of the Transformers Movie Theme. Bleargh.

Off hand, I'd have to go with the Brady Bunch version of "American Pie"

Cindy Brady lisping "Fire is the Devil's Only Friend" really drives the point home.

Madonna's cover of American Pie suck ass.

If they count, Natalie Cole's "duets" with her dad are--in my mind--the equivalent of a crappy cover album.

Any great song ruined by Barbara Streisand or Celine Dion.

But, my top two most hated are probably Limp Bizkits(sp?) cover of Behind Blue Eyes and Britney Spears doing the Stones.

G-Man, how many of them are cover songs?
I wasnt aware that the David Soul and Don Johnson songs were covers.

Just for the record tho, you suck for saying the Hasselhoff song is bad.
It is better than anything....ever!

I mentioned that some of them were originals in my post. But, for the record, the following were covers:
  • Telly Savalas "You've Lost that Loving Feeling":

William Shatner "It Was a Very Good Year"

    Burt Reynolds "Ain't Misbehavin'"

Clint Eastwood "I Talk to the Trees"

    Lee Marvin "A Wanderin' Star"

Classic rock? No. I meant "original" 3DD. Back when it was something I COULD consider rock, unlike the majority of their past two albums. I swear, Rex... you're the biggest bitch I know. Figuratively and literally...

No...no you don't. You listen to INCUBUS. You lose, and also suck.

Getting back to covers, I hate pretty much every cover Guns 'N' Roses ever did. But, then again, it's easier to list the covers I like than the ones I don't.
