Is anyone going? Because I am absolutely DESPERATE to get one of Ben Templesmith's Squidgirls books. My girlfriend would go BANANAS for it, and I love Templesmith's art. Compensation would, obviously, be involved.

I KNOW! I feel like a dumbass. I AM a dumbass, but that's beside the point. Point is: he currently has no plans to sell the books anywhere BUT at conventions. I was gonna send him a pathetic letter to beg for a chance to buy directly from him (via snail mail), but then I realized I shoulda just asked someone to pick me one up at SDCC.
