It does manifest a pattern of Olbermann being acrimonious and difficult to work with. I was surprised that he and his lawyer allege he has a good case against Current. Given his pattern with prior employers, that may just be false bravado, allowing him to exit with some vestige of pride left.
It would be fun at this point to walk in a McDonalds and see him flipping burgers.
