I think it is whoever distributes Queen's albums, not Queen themselves. But either way, a manifestation of their current-era virtue-signalling, pandering to the cancel-culture Left, on something that really offends no one. In a similar example the Washington Redskins NFL team was going to be changed in a pandering to political correctness. But polls show a majority of the public polled wnat the name to remain the same, and even Native American tribes said they felt the name honored (not diminished) Native Americans, and THEY want the name to remain the same. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_Redskins_name_controversy As for not appreciating "Fat Bottomed Girls", they don't know what they're missing !
