I'm sorry I don't have an article to back this up I will go look for one but this was a big story on some news shows yesterday. The city of Detroit is expecting huge riots no matter who wins. I personally believe Blacks will riot en mass in every Urban area if Obama loses.

McCain Volunteer Says She Was Mugged, Had 'B' Carved in Her Face

PITTSBURGH -- A woman robbed at knifepoint at a Pittsburgh ATM says her attacker knocked her down and carved a "B" in her face after noticing a John McCain sticker on her car.
Police say an officer saw the letter on the victim's cheek, but that she refused medical attention.
A police report does not describe the size or severity of the injury.
Authorities say the woman is from Texas, but aren't identifying her.
Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Diane Richards says the woman was withdrawing money at 9 p.m. Wednesday when a man approached her from behind, put a knife to her neck and demanded money. She says she gave him $60.
The woman told police the robber then noticed the bumper sticker, punched her in the back of the head, knocked her down and then carved a "B" on the right side of her face.

UpdatedA campaign worker who clamed a mugger attacked her and cut a backwards "B" in her face now admits that she made the whole story up. According to Pittsburgh police spokeswoman Diane Richard, Ashley Todd, 20, "indicated that she has prior mental problems and that she does not remember how the backward letter B got on her face."

So, under the whomod standard, it isn't just McCain's judgement that's suspect.
Well, actually the fact that the McCain team "fell for it" may have something to do with the fact that they helped spread the story even as the police were still investigating and had no proof of the event ever happening.
Then they lied and said it was the police and not them who released that story to the press.
What a disgraceful way to end McCain's political career.

That's the latest imagery of the Republican vice presidential candidate and her running mate John McCain on display at a West Hollywood home that has been decorated for Halloween.
The outdoor decor features a mannequin dressed as Palin, wearing a red business suit, eyeglasses and brunette beehive wig, hanging by a noose off the chimney. Right above her, a devilish John McCain emerges from the chimney with paper flames surrounding him.
Some neighbors say it's just wrong to depict a vice presidential candidate that way.
Chad Michael Morisette, who lives in the house, told CBS 2 News that the effigy would be out of bounds at any other time of year, but it's within the spirit of Halloween.
"It should be seen as art, and as within the month of October. It's Halloween, it's time to be scary, it's time to be spooky," Morisette said.
Several locals and tour buses have swung by the house to snap photos of the scene, and some gawkers say it is humorous. Morisette acknowledged to FOX 11 news that had he depicted Barack Obama in the same scene, it would not have gone over as well, because the history of a hanged black man in America is a lot more intense than a hanged white woman.
FOX 11 reported that the scene may also have been a response to a false rumor that recently circulated in the area that drag queens were to be banned from dressing up as Palin for the annual West Hollywood Halloween carnival costume party on Santa Monica Boulevard. The drag race and pageant were held Sunday evening, and no costume was forbidden.
Good thing this isn't dressed to look like Obama. The guy would be in jail for a hate crime, and we'd have to pages of whomod, Perkins, and Pro talking about racism and John McCain's desperation. But since it's a woman I'm sure there will be no outrage.
