I got a 1.5mbps fiber optic line here for around $40/month (we got cheaper plans but they're the crappy kind with 5000ms pings or whatevs). Also, there's no bandwidth caps so I can watch Lothar's gay porno videos as much as I want.

Right now I'm in pre-deployment status and I'm learning what's in store. I think the Wi-Fi service on the ground over there has a monopoly, so it's super fucking expensive.
