Or you could be wrong and being a drama queen about it? Considering the GOP had nothing to replace it with and would have been held responsible for getting rid of the law, this was a gift for them too.

Political gifts? That's all you care about?

It is not the role of the SCOTUS to infer their own meanings into law.



The SCOTUS has effectively told the people that they don't care whether or not the court would truly allow such a law; their only concern is seeing the law survive.

When Justice Roberts pulled this same shit three years ago, he told everyone that it wasn't the SCOTUSs responsibility to protect the people from their congress. Now he's saying their role is to outright favor the will of congress.

The reality of it is that he's just a corrupt piece of shit.

It is not the Federal Department. It is not the Nation Department. It is not the Country Department. It is the State Department. Trying to argue that the word `state` is unambiguous and, therefore, the subsidies should not be paid out to those outside of states that setup exchanges was stupid and doomed to failure.

Tee-hee. That's precisely what courts do.
