It sure has a buttload of variant covers! I actually read the very first Ghost Rider storyline in MARVEL SPOTLIGHT 5-8 in late 1972 when it first came out. From an era when Marvel had a number of characters who bridged the genres of horror and costumed heroes.

When I lost interest in the chaaracter, it was largely due to bad art, primarily Don Perlin, but there have been good runs here and there all along. With good art, it might be worth checking out this new series.
