When I was 17, I left a party and as I put my key in the car door, I realized I was too intoxicated to safely drive, and with no one else left to ask for a ride, I walked home (I was about a mile from home). Even at age 17 I still had the good sense not to drive. What goes through their heads? It sure wasn't the fault of the retailer who sold this guy the beer, or the company that botlted it.
