Resident Evil 4. I'm used to playing FPSes with a mouse so I had a hard time adjusting to the gamepad's analog stick being used for targeting, but it became second nature after an hour or so of playing (and dying!).
I like how the character doesn't move like tank anymore, and the red targeting thingie is helpful.
My only complaint is that I can't rape the President's Daughter.
