nah. it just had a part inside that overheated. think its cause I use it too much and it wasnt ventilated enough!
first one i have ever heard of doing it.
Sony swapped it over while I was at work by courier the next day, free of charge, even though it was out of warranty! Microsoft on the other hand, make you send the 360 to Germany, then you have to wait 3 weeks or so to get it back.
