I've been having a lot of fun with this. I pretty much expected GTA with a hacking gimmick on top, which it pretty much is. I do like the added ability to use stealth and solve problems without even having to go into a building sometimes. Using the traffic hacks to catch pursuers (cops, bad guys) in a trap is pretty fun too. Having it where other players can jump into your game and try and steal from you and vice versa was an unexpectedly fun add-on too. It might wear off after a while, but it's enjoyable as hell right now.
Best way I have heard it described is GTA mixed with Assassins creed. I love it. Like many other free roam games, I am spending more time doing side missions than actually doing the storyline. Only just finished Act 1 today because of this. Also, as I got the Dedsec version, I have a few extra DLC to play through as well.
