I'm good and fed up with A T & T, and looking for an alternative.
About once a year I have my price get jacked up, and I have to call and get a "promotion" that gives me a special rate for 12 months, and then when that ends, my price gets jacked up again till I get another promotion.
I hate this shit where the price is never the actual price. They could just give me a set and reasonable price and I'd be a happy customer for years. The last year I got the right person and had a nice promotional rate of 26.00 per month, but now it's 41.00 again, and I'm sick of the games. The price should just be the price. the first 3 years or so with ATT, I had high speed cable for 15.00 a month, but I knew that wouldn't last forever. They were just getting enough people hooked, before they jacked up the price.
