I recommend a local ISP if you have one available. All the national brands will fuck you. I have a local cable company and I pay $60 a month for their top tier home internet (15 Mbps down 1.5 up) and before that I was paying $50 monthly for 8 years (5 down 1 up until they upgraded their service, then my bill actually dropped until I upgraded).
