Magneto still doesn't strike me as Good. He seems more opportunist and trying to survive for his people in an age of Avengers, gods, and living with the Mutant schism he helped create--that weakened them all.
It's almost like he is playing along, and paying penance more than actually swinging "Good". he isn't evil either. He is about the Mutant cause and always will be--by any means necessary.
