Sorry but your talking to somebody who knows very well that republican Governor Snyder appointed an emergency manager to make financial decisions regarding Flint. If you don't understand how that works please do some reading up on it
Lol, I can keep posting this Pariah. Snyder is responsible for installing the emergency manager that trumped the mayor's decisions. When the mayor wanted to switch back to the unleaded water for example, Snyder's guy nixed it. That doesn't even get into Snyder's foot dragging and other decisions made and not made while his people drank poison.
