Apparently, an aspect of this amendment is that anyone using a VPN is authorized to be targeted and hacked by the FBI.....I'm gonna have to update my infosec, hardsec, AND opsec to account for this, because there's no fucking way I'm gonna browse without a VPN.
I might even start using a VPN-Tor mockup to protect myself. Tor is iffy though since the NSA now controls all the entry nodes.
