It was tough to find by itself, this link is where someone published the entire contents of
WELCOME BACK TO HOUSE OF MYSTERY, July 1998, a DC editor's pick of her greatest hits from DC's early 70's mystery titles. And while not exactly my pick, is still a good selection. In particular, Wrightson's "Secret of the Egyptian Cat" (on page 37).
