As was clear, it was selective prosecution, and D'Souza, while he did make a donation higher than he was legally allowed to, was prosecuted where many others --MANY DEMOCRAT DONORS-- are not.
D'Souza spent time in jail and certainly didn't get a walk or a free pass.

Not to mention her part in colluding with the Russians through FusionGPS and Christopher Steele, participating in illegal FISA surveillance of the Trump campaign and Trump administration, rigging two televised CNN primary debates, rigging the 2016 Democrat nomination to leverage out Bernie Sanders, on and on.
If anyone is getting away with anything, it is Obama, The Clintons, the broader DNC, and their Deep Stae operatives like Comey, McCabe, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok, Bruce Ohr, Rod Rosenstein, Loretta Lynch, James Clapper, and John Brennan, among others.
