Tamara Holder sounding off on CNN, saying "Fox News ruined my life".

Ex-Fox contributer: Fox News will sue me for speaking out today

I was thinking that it would be good policy for the new management at Fox to invite back the women who left because of sexual harassment. In particular I liked Andrea Tantaros and Lis Wiehl, among others, including Tamara Holder.
Nothing would say the atmosphere has changed at Fox than to invite them back and prove that the atmosphere is a pleasant one now, for women who were harassed and uncomfortable before.

On the flip side, from a legal standpoint, the fact that they complained about harassment before might make it more likely they would allege it again, either truthfully or vindictively.

A girl I used to date had a slip-and-fall injury at the factory she worked at, and management let a few months go by and then laid her off. They might have thought that she was a liability and had a greater likelihood and liability of getting injured again.

In Holder's case, they might not want Tamara Holder back specifically because she broke her non-disclosure agreement after her settlement.
