the Hillary campaign did it has been debunked so many times. You can't even hold Trump accountable for his own birtherism or well anything he says or does. Dictators proclaim free and independent press as the enemy of the people. Trump regularly making that declaration should bother you.
It's beyond dispute that the Hillary Clinton campaign stole the nomination from Bernie Sanders, rigging the result with leaders in the DNC, and self-incriminatingly revealed in the Wikileaks exposure of internal DNC e-mails, including those of Donna Brazile, and Debbie Wasserman-bitch-cunt-Schultz (the latter of whom was immediately rehired the same day as her DNC chair resignation by the Clinton campaign). And Donna Brazile, despite her corruption, was enbraced as Shultz' replacement as head of the DNC. Both evil and shamelessly corrupt. As is Hillary.
All Donald Trump did with the Birther issue was ask for Obama's birth certificate. He didn't say Obama was born in Kenya, he said every other candidate has shown their birth certificate, and if the birther allegation is false, then Obama should have no problem producing his birth certificate. And like so many other things Trump does, many other people tried to get Obama to do so, but it was Trump's public pressure that caused a drop in Obama's polls that finally got Obama to reveal his birth certificate.
And Trump's off the cuff comments about "fake news" CNN and liberal media doesn't bother me, because it is so demonstrably true. Almost every day there are more examples of the media alleging things that a day later are proven false. The Kavanaugh sex allegations disproven by over 60 of the women who were allegedly assaulted in their public statement yesterday. Allegations from Woodward's new book disputed by the White House officials allegedly quoted as "pure fiction".
So often they are annonymous allegations with no named sources (i.e., MADE UP) that they would withhold the story for if the same allegations were made about a Democrat.
As I said earlier:
The fact that Obama did far worse as president on the same issues (attacking Fox News as not a real news agency, attempting to ban Fox from White House press conferences, arresting James Rosen and another reporter for talking to an Obama-administration leaker, doing electronic surveillance on the Associated Press...) and it barely made a ripple in the liberal Obama-Newspeak media, belies that rationalization [that Trump is the worst offeender regarding suppression of the media, and the media is therefore justified in lashing out at Trump with every weapon in their media arsenal] as completely false.
