Wow. Just 3 years older than me. I think of Breyfogle as mostly a mid/late 1980's Batman artist. But I recall seeing his work as early as 1979-1980 in fan publications like COMICS JOURNAL and RBCC.
I posted a link to his online blog about a year ago, with recollection of his interactions and friendship with Al Williamson. He seemed like a very fun guy with a great sense of humor.
