If M E M bothered to watch Trump's speech and what he actually said, he'd know that Trump said he was emulating the example of th stock market after 9-11-2001, where they were determined (difficult as it was) to just go on the next day and not allow the terrorists to influence or change our behavior.
Because to change would give the terrorists' actions meaning and significane.
