Russia had a Chernobyl-level nuclear explosion and radioactive fallout disaster in the extreme North of their country, close to Finland in the last week, where they evacuated hundreds of residents from a nearby city.

General Jack Keane was just discussing this on the weekly Journal Editorial Report program.
He let on that in addition to the above sub disaster, and another Russian nuclear sub that sunk in 2000, there have been six other fires in the last 19 years aboard Russian nuclear submarines.

Nothing too serious, just dangerously neglected nuclear weapons that could destroy the world in 15 minutes.
