And by "officially", you mean deceitfully and hypocritically, with no legal or ethical standards.

But the voters are not fooled, and the dynamite the Dems are playing with will blow up in their faces in Nov 2020. They have assured Trump's re-election and Dems' loss of the majority in the House.
