I still remebered the time when, in a Yanquis resteraunt, my sister ordered iced tea. Unfortunatly for her, instead of being the coloured sugar water she was used to, it was actually tea, with ice in it. Rather hillarious, actually.

No, that was him. He's turned in quite a few films, but I'd say Tank Girl is his finest perfromance, indeed the finest performance from any rapper in a film (except for CB4, but they aren't real rappers)."

Well the performance of Ice-T that I most enjoyed was his appearance on Welcome to Paradox. It was a short lived anthology show on the Sci-Fi channel that explored where the relationship between man and technology.
The episode Ice-T was in focused on new methods of criminal punishment. He played a career criminal that gets out've prison and shortly winds up in trouble with the law again.
Instead of another jail like he's been in before he's sent to a new experimental no walls prison where the inmates have chips implanted in their skulls. If they try to break out or misbehave they are subjected to hellish psychological torture. They see visions of hell and feel intense pain ect.
It was a very moving piece particullarly the climax. Truly a moving performance.
There was also an episode that had Henry Rollins playing a nuero surgeon that specialized in a whacked form of therapy. Patients could have painful memories erased from their minds.
The problem was that if they wanted those memories back a second person had to assist in the transferrence. The patient would reclaim the memories without the emotional pain that had accompanied it. That pain would be placed in the mind of the second person who read the memory back into the patient.
All in all a great show that apparently didnt have enough viewers because it only lasted one season.
Hmmm... I wonder if there are any teas on the market with sedative type qualities. I could sure use one right now cause it's late and I should be asleep.

Yeah apparently that's some kind of show on fox (big surprise that network would come up with it). I think the first one that they did was Amy Fisher vs. Tonya Harding.
Strikes me as something that'd just get on my nerves. I can't stand most of what's on the tele anyway.

I'm really only posting because I don't want the Teabags thread to die.

You're better off using coffee as toner than tea. Not only does it give denser blacks, the copier will start copying a lot faster, though it might get irritable if it isn't given enough to copy."

So if you're in a bit of a mood, and want some fun taking digs at dumb people, I recommend popping by. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.
And now I'm home again, at the warm and friendly Lucifer thread. It's ironic that the Lord of Hell's message board is the calmest around. There's something to be said for a dictatorship I guess....as long as you're the dictator. "

And he's being quite literal in that statement people. Last night Lucifer showed up while I slept and trapped me in a block of ice. Then he helped himself to the whole bag of salt and vinegar potato chips in my cupboard and my last beer. And all I could do was lie there and melt. I'm still shivering as I type this. Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to get my core temperature back up.....perhaps with a nice cup of tea. ...Papercut Fun, able to segue a thread back to it's original topic in a single bound... "

Hello Shelly.
I have been in Bangkok for the past week, on holiday (its only 2 hours away and as Americans aren't flying still everything is very cheap in this part of the world). In fact the only American I did notice was Angelina Jolie, who ate at the table next to ours in an Italian restaurant at our hotel. Gorgeous looking woman, and a philanthropist - she is a UNHCR goodwill ambassador, and was on her way to the Burmese border to visit refugee camps, where she dropped US$100000 of her own cash to help people out. (And no I didn't ask for her autograph, resisting temptation - famous people do deserve some privacy.)
I also drank tea but the jug every morning for breakfast at the hotel.

I FINALLY managed to get ahold of issue 3 of the mini-series (hardest issue to find ever!) and read the series in it's entirety. Rachel Begai swears revenge on ol' Luci which he dismisses (quite correctly) as melodrama. I was wondering if you had any plans for little miss Rachel to play a part in the current series, or if her story is pretty well closed.
Oh...and what does the writing on the ashtray on page 1 of every issue translate to? Is that something you asked for or something Scott Hampton came up with.
Thanks, Jason"

Its is a cool quote, and if I could remember it I'd go annoying my friends with at trite occaisions. This thread was addressed originally to Karon. I see from www.moccany.org that she is going to be at the MOCCA festival. If she reads this, she might like to know I learned about the festival from reading it in a Cathay Pacific inflight magazine. ------------------ The Society for the Perpetuation of Independent Thoughtwww.robkamphausen.com"
