What if intelligent beings from another world landed all over the planet tomorrow - and just sat there, not blowing stuff up or mutilating cows or experimenting on the cream of our society's white trash? What if each person was allowed either one statement to or question for these aliens? What would you say or ask?

i'd have to assume i'd ask why they hadn't killed us yet. ... cuz i've seen that movie, and i know they're gonna try (but i've gotta glass of water, beeyotch!)
in reality, i'd simply ask them about their home planet. what life was like. how it differed from ours.
or ... how we could learn to travel through space, also.

I'd ask them if they could come up with a cure for Gardners Syndrome. It could be done with gene therapy. We aren't there yet, but since they traveled the galaxy, maybe they are.

And, to be fair, one of my favorite friends there is blind and I take every opportunity available to make fun of that and we're still friends. That guy never fit there. He never got the spirit of the RKMBs. We're gonna keep an eye on the obits, see if he finally left or if he really did have a heart attack.
