K... This REALLY pissed me off...

I live in a hotel and I tend to spend a lot of time (mostly editing and updating my website) on the one computer that is provided for guests to use. (Having said that, during the daytime, I tend to use an internet cafe - because I am well aware that other people might want to use this computer...)

Someone obviously got pissed off at me for spending so much time on the computer.

But. Instead of just letting me know that they would like to use the damn thing (I can always use the one in the office, if it is urgent, or I might need a break anyway???) they used an account at http://www.sonicwall.com/index.html to block the IP address of the computers at the hotel where I stay from accessing both the admin panel for artfreaks.com and one of my advertising accounts.

I'm sorry about the language but, this time, I'm going to say it out load...

And next time you want to use the Hotel la Corona computer, why don't you just try letting me know that you would like to use the damn thing??

I have to offer my sincere appologies to sonicwall.

Aparently, you CAN'T just sign up with them and then go around blocking any IP address you like from accessing whatever URL you don't want whoever it is that you hate from accessing - (as I eroneously believed.)

This is the big issue that I had. And as long as that is not the case, then I can live with some fucking dick-head arse-hole, who managed to hack into the hotel's sonicwall installation and block my URLs from there.

I was somewhat upset at the thought that people could block me from accessing a particular URL, from a computer that doesn't even belong to them.

Turns out I was wrong.

Sorry... I can't help being thick and stupid.

Turns out that it wasn't even a hacker... The hotel IT man done something stupid - without informing the management. Which is why, when I asked the manager about why an important URL (that I need access to every day), had been blocked, he knew nothing about it.
