Edge has a partial pec tear and will be out of action. No word on how long he'll be out or if he'll work Taboo Tuesday. At this point, he will not need surgery.
Kane suffered a very serious back injury Monday on RAW after taking a suplex by Big Show. There is fear he suffered a broken back.

WWE was planning on working an angle between Jack Bull (from OVW) & Kane,but that has been put on the back burner by all accounts,leading to more speculation that Kane is injured.
Kane has also not been at any of the shows in Australia,or house shows!
As for Edge,he has been rested by pulling him from house shows,and its more than likely he will be ok to wrestle at Taboo Tuesday!

Last Monday night on WWE Raw, Kane injured his back taking the superplex from The Big Show off the ropes. There are reports that he suffered damage to one or more vertebrae from the spot, and Kane was said to be in a lot of pain backstage after the bout, let alone for the rest of the match since he managed to work through it.

By the looks of it,the back injury was nowhere near as bad people feared!
I'd suspect there was an injury by the way he has missed house shows etc,but a break/fracture looks very unlikely considering some of the moves he pullled off!
