I like the idea, good one finding this, H.

I still havnt read House of M, but the back-bone of this project seems to be sound, especially the fact that Mark Millar is writing it, Bendis' work recently has irked me with some of its sloppiness and unresolved elements, like the random mutant gene erasion and his work on Ultimate Spider-man for the last 2 years

Maybe Mark will touch upon the element he struck up in Marvel knights: Spider-man aswell. The idea that some big name super-villains were originally employed by big businessman back in the day who knew the growing number of super-heroes would fuck up their business schemes.

Did Bendis ever finish Secret War? I swear, Marvel has had the most non-events I've ever seen in a comic company the past couple of years.

pay attention, reax. Bendis is writing this.

What Millar is writing is the followup to this, which is next year's big event. It's rumored to be called "Planet Hulk."

The schisms shown in The Illuminati spread through the entire Marvel Universe, Bendis said, with the special serving as a prelude to Marvel’s 2006, which Bendis isn’t writing (smart money is on Mark Millar, who’s said he’s tied up with lots of research for his next big Marvel project).

The whole fucking things coming out in 2006, for starters. It should have said "Marvels big event of 2006". I blame you for this!

Second: Bendis said The Illuminati story will be spreading across into other Marvel titles, making it a crossover. So this means there are 2 big money-grubbing crossover events from Marvel in 2006

Lastly: I was under the impression he was talking about The Illuminati special, and Millar was writing the actual event. Millar on some shit called "Planet Hulk" would be a waste of his particular talents
