Zod was going to post this last night and forgot.

Also Spike, Zod hasn't heard anything about Faith. Coming to the Gamecube, not sure if it's coming to the others. Zod knew he should have waited instead of breaking down and getting a shitty X-Box and then losing some money in trying to get rid of it. Curses!! [worst. icon. ever.]

Finally got this, after some searching...this city SUX when getting new games.

Honestly, I have to say I liked the first one better. (EA games) I don't like the "feel" of the fighting in this one. While it's very close to the first, there's no auto center and there some awkwardness to it. The combo moves take a little fancier finger-work, and they're not as fun as in the first game.

The puzzles are a little awkward, as well, had to buy the walkthrough. It's not that they are hard, it's just MORE of them..and some don't make sense. "Try Everything" rule comes to play here. But that takes a LOT of time.

Eliza Dushku or whatever lends her voice, along with James Marsters and Nick Brendon and Amber Benson, but Buffy and Willow are some unknowns. Buffy's last voice-over is the same - Allyson Hannigan's wasn't used in this one and there isn't much similarity to the new voice.

The game is meant to play like an episode from season five, although hardcore bronzers can make a list of discrepancies (Faith and Spike, the First, where's Dawn, etc?)and the whole alternate dimension thing is kinda hokey but does have it's share of refs from the show. The story is better than the first game's, but the gameplay sucks. The multiplayer thing they tease you with is exactly that - a multiplayer arena-type option where you fight monsters - not go thru the game together.

There IS some interesting DVD extras, but you have to "unlock" them by completing levels and finding secrets, "scoring" on killing, etc.

I'm not gonna discuss this game further cuz i was sooo disappointed. But if anyone got it and needs help, email me - I bought the damn walkthrough.
I give it a C.

I got it on Xbox. I figured with the waste of money I spent on Xbox, I'd be more familiar with the controls - and it might run better with a hard drive behind it. Not sure how it runs on other systems...
