  B - Does attempting to create odd, random, and easily dispelled fantasies about Iggy (i.e. his girlfriend is imaginary, he was the one...not Polo...to self-destruct the Insurgency Boards, etc., etc.) satisfy or, in some way, complete posters like Sikk, Thomas, Stephen, etc.? What point does it fuel or placate?

I keep thinking there must be an underlying joke in all of this. Something highly intelligent and witty. Some internet or social meme that it applies to, and that I've just never heard of.

But, the equation always works out the same: It's really just as simple, and elementary as it seems. They actually say all this stuff as to be taken at face value! That is one of the saddest, most tragic things I've ever seen. I really thought guys like this were just standard fiction....background/secondary fodder whose function is to be so incredibly repressed and disconnected from society, that their very actions shine a rational, mature light on the main character (in this case, Iggy).
