Although I don't know if he ascribes to that movement or not. Covid was ostensibly an accident, but also largely occurred by design, primarily due to Anthony Fauci and his inner circle, both at the CDC / NIH, and at the subcontracted Wuhan Research lab.
The Bilderberg Group and other globalist conspiracy groups, with members like Bill Gates, openly plan to "cull" the global population down from roughly 8 billion people, down to 1 billion, that they see as a more manageable population, that an authoritarian high-tech global police state can completely control.
