We'll start off with the WB:
Pokemon Johto League Champions: The only difference between this and last three seasons of crap is a weird new theme song. Someone put these animals out of our misery and fast.
Jackie Chan Adventures: This is a pretty cool series that sort of reminds of the good old days of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Mr. T
The Mummy: What the hell? You'd think they'd put some effort into this series seeing as to how it's based on two blockbuster films. The animation is horrible, the voices are lame, and the plot is terribly weak. This cartoon should be cancelled and fast.
X-Men: Evolution: This series is even better than Fox's cartoon, and the animation looks a lot better too. This series should be running 6 days a week next season hopefully.
Nickelodeon
Invader ZIM: My new favorite series. Every episode is a classic, and GIR (I need tacos or I'll explode! That happens to me sometimes.) is one of the greatest cartoon characters ever created.
The Fairly Oddparents: Somewhere between the first six episodes and the newer episodes, this series has lost a lot of quality both animation and story wise. Cutting down from 15 minute segments to six minute segments is a terrible idea. Hopefully this series returns to normal when it comes back.
Spongebob Squarepants: My other favorite cartoon next to ZIM. This series just gets better with time.
Cartoon Network
Time Squad: Good concept, bad execution. Needs a major overhaul to be funny.
Harvey Birdman: CN's funniest series is buried in a late night time slot. It needs to be aired earlier.
The Brak Show: Brak has always been funny, and this series proves it.
Space Ghost Coast to Coast: A true classic that never dies.
Grim & Evil: Just like the title suggests. Let's move on, shall we?
ABC
Recess: I like this show, but it kind of reached it's peak with the movie. If there are new episodes coming, I hope it delive post-School's Out.
Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: Note to Disney: Don't market a series unless you plan to continue it after the first season. Hercules, Tale Spin, and Rescue Rangers are good examples of Disney toons dying before their time.
UPN
The Legend of Tarzan: A Tarzan series is a great concept, but not when it's been Disney-fied. It could be worse: They could have made a young Tarzan series.
Weekenders: I like it, but it should really stick to, well, weekends.
