I'm wishing I had one.

I'm over my Mom's, taking a break from helping her put in a garden. It's been a couple of years since she had the time and energy to put one up.

So about Winathians-- why only twins? I can understand an Agrarian civilization developing the trait for multiple births, but why two at a time? back when farming was the standard way of life, 6 or more children was the norm-- Mom has three brothers, two sisters. I'm not saying Winath mothers should've been popping out litters... just curious why two was the magic number.

Oh, well-- back to the "salt of the earth" stuff...

I love being a twin--- 32 years ago my best friend in the whole world just appeared like magic 11 minutes after I was born. (My twin brother, Kent, is 11 minutes younger than me.)

So, Pov - does your Mom know you're posting on this board?

I wish I had a twin - but I do talk to myself quite a bit. That's some compensation.

Well, I was gettin' wobbly, and my rows were looking about as straight as Lashie, so she kicked me outta her garden, told me to take a few minutes and grab some lunch.
and seeing as I post at work during my lunch break, I saw a visit to the boards as a natural extension of my break... [biiiig grin]

For those of us born withOUT twins, console yourself with this... supposedly, EVERYone has a twin, somewhere in this world! I hope mine has more hair than I do... [no no no]

I hear ya, buddy. I'm just so glad that you've been feeling good enough to continue working at your old job. And your mom is right--- don't over-tax yourself.

Is this a solicitation for birthday presents, Senor? Honking horns and funny noses and makeup?

Oh, I remember the good Senor's birthday because MINE IS FOUR DAYS LATER.

So is my non-twin Bevis'. And we absolutely will not share presents, so don't try it!

And lessee...

EDE claims June 30
the Cru twins have July 1
Cargga and Cobalt Kid (will he ever show up here?) on July 14

Cancers rule! Well, okay, my mug says "the sign of the prophet or teacher"

Yes, clowns DO need plenty of booze. That whole laughing on the outside, cryin' on the inside thing. 'tis very sad indeed. [wink]
