Okay, here's a thought on how to restore Chuck's powers.

Star Boy's whacked out gravity powers go off accidentally and zap Chuck, giving him the ability to increase or decrease his mass at will. He could be sort of a combination Cannonball/Bouncing Boy/Weight Wizard.

Needs some polish I know, but hey, it's better than Kid Q's or Kinetix's undefined powers.

I dunno, Jim. That actually makes sense, fits in with current continuity and would revive a popular Legion character with a more believable, serious power.
It'll never fly. [wink]

A fantastic idea-- I even like it better than giving chuck the Elastic-Lad powers!

That sounds like a great way to tie it into the current book. And restore some history. But I kind of like having a regular joe hang with the Legion. 'Course, he'd probably get more screen time. But he could get that anyway if the artists drew him in there (hint, hint, BIG FREAKING HINT!)
