Whoissuicide is most likely linked to the upcoming TNA computer games create a character mode.
The belief is that Kaz will return as a masked character (much the same as Christopher Daniels), tied in with this gimmick.

Honestly, as much as I loved Foley's work back in the day, I really don't see what he has to offer TNA these days.

While some might think Foley going to TNA will help them, it would just make them worse imo.
TNA seems just as intent as WWE in putting a bunch of older wrestlers, who are long past their prime, on their roster.
WWE currently has guys like Lawler, Duggan and Atlas on their books, and what ratings do they bring to the table?

You can understand why either company would want someone like Flair, Hogan or Austin, as they a genuine grade A draws.
Maybe not to the extent they used to be, but they are still money spinners.

TNA has got or used the likes of Nash, Gunn, Road Dogg, Steiner, Hall etc and none of it has really worked to the degree they hoped (which is no real surprise).
The only old timer thats worked out for them has been Sting, and thats mostly because he has never been a part of WWE/WWF.
He actually stands out as being one of the few big talents to have never worked for the biggest company in wrestling history, which makes him seem like "The Anti WWE superstar".

Foley to TNA would be pointless at this point in both his and TNAs careers.

Foley can still take a bump, but are his matches gonna even be worth watching?
The last decent matches he has had have been with Edge and Orton, but they werent exactly on a par with his old school matches.
Ok, so they were great pushes for his opponents, but they would just as likely got over just as well against one of todays biggest stars in a different style of match.

I think the only reason Foley would do it is to help him shill whatever book he is selling this week.

When WCW stole WWF talent back in the day, it was current superstars who were big news.
TNA, just keeps taking on all the shit, with the odd big name here and there like Booker, Angle and Christian.
Even guys like the Dudleys were not that big a deal seeing as WWE kicked them out anyway.

But TNA doesn't really have anyone that can put over up and comers the way Foley can. Angle and Booker still need to be credible threats, and Nash is... well Nash.

Foley cant put anyone over in a meaningful way now unless you give him a 6 month or more run to reestablish himself either, if you do that yo have to job out your up and comers.

i wouldn't mind seeing Foley/sting once more.. but i'm not really interested in watching TNA.
one day i expect Nash to walk out to the ring and take Five steps and snap a quad and fall down... Man i got the weirdest sense of Deja Vu there...

Remember, a lot of what got Orton and Batista over was down to them being teamed with Flair and HHH, and finally ended with their feuds with HHH.

Booker was the nearly or almost man in WWE! He'd get all the way to the main event and THEN was jobbed out!

Yeah. He lost at 'Mania to Triple H when HHH used a move he's used like 5 times in his entire WWE tenure. That's a job and a half.

The reason Booker kept being a nearly man was his own stupid fault.
He kept constantly saying he was considering retiring because of back injuries, so why would WWE risk putting a belt on a man who might up and quit at a moments notice?
It was only when he finally shut his mouth that they gave him a title run.

I dont count the very early days of his WWE run as WWE obviously just wanted to make all WCW title holders look like shit.

Maybe it's because of these early days, feuding with Edge over hair products, that he chose to air his grievances!

They tried to make booker look like a loser but he played his part so well, he began to get respect!

There are few talents that can rise above shitty booking. Booker was put in a bad light in WCW and WWE but always rose above it.

Which is why I tend to ignore the 1st year or so of his WWE run.
They were purposely trying to make all WCW talent look like fools, but once the whole invasion thing was forgotten, Booker started to really look like a guy who should go places.
Yes, WWE put him into silly angles or gave him silly gimmicks, but he always ended up being one of the more watchable guys on the roster.
Sadly he kept saying stuff backstage that held him back (which was similar to RVD), and only got his true main event status when WWE started to desperately need some new main eventers with so many people leaving, dying or injuring themselves.

The King Booker angle was more than likely another way to make Booker look silly, but he made it his own, and made for one of the better heel champion runs in recent years!
