There was a commentary error made at Unforgiven last night after Triple H won the WWE Championship Scramble match. Jim Ross said after he won that Triple H is now officially a 13 time World Champion. WWE.com didn't update Triple H's win as a new title reign, however they did update the WWE and ECW title changes.
I dont remember JR saying it, but Tazz certainly said it first!
