whomod, I would just like to remind you that, like a number of other terrified Republicans, I have endorsed Obama. As such, I hope you'll leave me off the list you're compiling for when you call the police to report the board for sedition.
In all honesty, IMO all these crazed fear mongering threads of yours and the others are indicative of just how in the thrall of right wing media you Republicans are. if you look at ANY poll conducted in the past couple of weeks, opinions of Obama have actually gone UP and McCain's have gone dramatically down among average Americans.
The only thing the right wing fear mongering and slime peddling has produced is upward poll numbers for obama in regards as to how he handled himself thru your guys' attacks. It indicates to people just how he'll handle himself against foreign adversaries. And people have concluded that unlike McCain, he won't go into situations all wild and unfocused and hot headed. He's calm, intelligent, and thoughtful and cool headed.
So you gotta appreciate the irony of the right wing faction of the gOp which to be honest, is the only faction of your party still visible and operating, is seen by the general public as a proxy for say, Iran, or Cuba or Russia or whatever adversary Obama may encounter in his term.
As far as believing your guys' slime. I think people are beyond immune to it by now. And it stopped being credible because McCain himself can't decide what to label Obama on any given week. One day he's a "celebrity", another day, he's a "terrorist", another day he's a "socialist", then the next a "communist". To sane people, it just sounds like frantic desperate slime tossing.
