My guess is Obama has seen the light on higher taxes for business. HE will give the lower class a bigger break, keep the Bush tax cuts in place and say something like "we have to get out of this recession first, so I'm going to cut some military for now to make up the difference, and as we rebound res institute the taxes." hoping that we do rebound so his campaign can be one of strengthening the military by taxing businesses.
