I used to work in a shipping department. We would ship out around 3000 packages a day. We used Fedex and UPS until Airborne Express (which is now DHL) offered us a deal. We switched to them and within a week we had 200 a day that they sent back because they couldn't find the address. I talked to one of the delivery drivers and he said most of crew was on crack so they could stay awake for their five to six hour shift. I have never heard anyone say anything good about them. They should have gone out of business years ago.
