You play some goon working his way up in the Corleone family while events from the first movie are happening. For instance, you keep the rival families from killing Don Corleone as the ambulance takes him to the hospital, help Michael fend off assassins in the hospital, and help free Tom Hagen from Sollozzo, etc., etc.
Don't you also play as the guy who delivers the horse head? That's gripping video game action right there....
