And in the examples of Alan Moore and Grant Morrison, I cited examples of guys who created Dark Age material, and commented on the ramifications of their own work (Moore), and who wrote stories that editorialized about the dark trend (Moore's "Pictopia" in ANYTHING GOES # 2, and Morrison's ANIMALMAN 21-26).
