I was talking about this with a friend ...He knows a little girl named "Lilith Tiamat".
Interestingly enough these days a lot of people would just think she was named after the character on "Cheers" and "Frasier" or maybe the "Lilith Fair," which is possibly the most un-heavy-metal music around.
