Taxes to spread philosophy? I really don't like that. Government supported programs on politically-charged perspectives are an abomination. Its as bad as "Just Say No' and the self-deceiving abstinence program. Its the place of government to stop disease, keep people employed, or whatever, but not the place of government to jam its thinking down people's throats.
