Don't worry, if my theory is correct, the fact that rex thinks BND is gonna end soon should mean it's gonna be the status quo for a long time. And I'm glad.
Regarding the identity problem: well, uh, that was exactly the conflict that's presented in the Fantastic Four team-up issues. Spidey says NO ONE can know his identity (this takes place before the Avengers issue), and Johnny is pissed because in some level he's aware that at some point he knew who Spidey was, and now he doesn't. So in the end, after a lot of debating back and forth (while saving the Macroverse), Spidey takes off his mask and all their memories of Peter Parker come rushing back.
