Yeah. The difference is that you're trying to shift this one's blame based on specialized circumstances, but you weren't willing to do so for Bush even though the circumstances of the recession he inherited were more valid than Obama's.

And now that you've been backed into a corner, you're trying to back-peddle from explaining the context of a particular recession to blaming the president in power at the time like you always did before Obama.

Even though I already mentioned that Obama's situation was caused by policies he endorsed--which is in alignment with your 'Obama's victim of circumstance' logic--you feel it prudent to go after Bush as a scapegoat.
